ERICA 2.0 TAN TWILL BROGUE BOOT

Bought these boots coz I liked the look of it online. I ordered size 5, which I normally wear for boots but it was too big and had to return it. Unfortunately, there was no documents inside the packaging nor any guidance on the confirmation email as to how to return it and had to email customer service and wait for their response. They say they will chat with you on whats app , but you only receive automated message and nothing to follow up. Also the return timeline is only 14 days given all this inconveniences. All to say, please make the returning process easier, it is not fair to give a short timeline and no guidance or whatsoever on how to do it- I almost felt scammed as if I had to keep the shoe I don't want. Never again from this store and mind you the prices are also on the higher range!

Really comfy but on the second day back stud was missing as you can see also extremely disappointed to find they are stamped made in India

Lovely boots this is my third pair so many compliments very comfortable but price has doubled over the last year .
