Size much too small verses the size ordered

Wrong size for my husband

I order for my husband one size bigger after reading previous reviews, and the mule are still too small. The mule has been sent back and I’m waiting for a refund. Interesting fact that return parcel cost me £5 but when you sent to me only £2.99? In general very good quality and good price but the size due to a design doesn’t work.
