For a return or exchange for outside the UK please email our client care team to arrange a FedEx collection from the address of your choice - clientcare@goodwinsmith.co.uk
Items must be returned unworn and in the original shoebox packaging and dust bags.
PLEASE NOTE: Care products and polishes are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
We process refunds as quickly as possible, please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to show in your account.
How long do I have to return my item?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it to us in the same condition you received it.
If you bought an item you wish to return and claimed a free gift on the order, you must return the entire order in full to allow for your refund to be processed. If you received a discount, you will be refunded the price paid only.

Please use the returns label included in your parcel to return your item(s) to us. If you require a new returns label please email clientcare@goodwinsmith.co.uk to request a new one.

My Item is faulty / damaged, what do I do?
If your item has a fault or is damaged, please email images to clientcare@goodwinsmith.co.uk and explain the problem, please include your name, address and order number. Our technical team will review this and advise how to proceed. Please do not return any faulty/damaged item until you have emailed us and received a reply.
Do I have to pay the return postage?
No, we offer FREE returns and exchanges.
Received an incorrect item?
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item please notify our client care team via email - clientcare@goodwinsmith.co.uk so we can arrange a swift exchange service.
